We are very happy with her instructor who has enjoyed incredible success as a dancer and has danced with many famous people. She is a caring and competent teacher. There is also so much more area in this studio than area ones that are located in strip malls. There are also far more types of classes offered at Vicki Michelle than other area dance studios that we looked into. That was important to my daughter. What impressed me most when looking at this dance studio was the number of TEENS who attend class there. That says something! Also -- boys take dance there, too -- not something you see at every studio. Overall, we've been happy with our experience at Vicki Michelle and our daughter has become a better dancer, too! Oh, and for the reviewer that said this place isn't strict -- my daughter's instructor does not allow for talking in her class -- AT ALL -- I think that's strict enough!Thank You!

The studio may not be as "strict" or intense as other places we have tried, but that's what I appreciate about Vicki Michelle's. I have visited studios where the children were not even allowed to speak or giggle as soon as they entered the lobby. If your aim is to help your child be more well-rounded through dance or music, build new relationships and ENJOY his/her extra activities (while building their confidence to perform in front of an audience) - this is the place!
A large variety of classes are offered and one of the studio's goals is to have a place to bring all of your children for a dance or music education so you don't have to drive them to several different places. The staff is super-friendly and very encouraging to the children.
Maybe someday, if my child shows a true desire to become a professional dancer, we will consider more intensified training. But right now I am completely satisfied that the education received is nothing short of excellent.
